2026 Physie Enrolments

Building confidence, strength and belonging through physie.

The Heights Physie offers inclusive, confidence-focused physie classes for kids, teens and adults.

Our 2026 season begins in February, and we welcome students of all abilities — from complete beginners to experienced dancers.

Who can enrol?

We offer physie classes for:

  • Kids (5–12 years)

  • Teens (13–16 years)

  • Seniors (17+) — for experienced students

  • Adults (17+) — beginner-friendly and welcoming

No prior physie or dance experience is required for most classes.

What is phsye?

Physie (Physical Culture) is a uniquely Australian program that combines dance, fitness, strength, posture and flexibility.

At The Heights Physie, physie is about more than movement — it’s about helping students feel confident, capable and supported in a positive environment.

What's included in the season?

When you enrol in physie, students receive:

  • Weekly physie classes throughout the season

  • Qualified, supportive teachers

  • A welcoming and inclusive class environment

  • Optional opportunities to participate in competitions and performances

  • A strong focus on confidence, fitness and personal growth

Competitions and Performance

Competitions in physie are optional and designed to support confidence, resilience and personal achievement.

Students can enjoy physie purely for fitness and confidence, or choose to participate in competitions when they feel ready.

Competitions at The Heights Physie focus on confidence, personal growth and enjoying the experience — participation is always optional.
